How to Use

My face tends towards the red aide and this helped quite a bit. I can also honestly state that, like many others, I despised the dropper. I can't get to the end of the bottle because the dropper doesn't reach. Pushing on the top just feels awkward and very little serum is vacuumed into the dropper's tube with even less being released when one tries to apply. How many more negative dropper reviews are required before this is changed? The packaging itself has left me on the fence as I debate buying another bottle.

It soothes, hydrates and replenishes the skin. However, the packaging is terrible! I am not a fan of the dropper bottles but what really threw me off is that it stopped working all together and I have to pour the dropper in my hands. Please listen to us Aveeno and relaunch the serum in a pump bottle. I’ve been thinking of decanting the product to a clean pump bottle.I am actually surprised that this bottle designed was cleared to hit the market!

It’s hard to get the serum out with the current dropper being used. That’s my only suggestion for this AWESOME serum. I have to pour it out because the dropper doesn’t work well and is too bulky. Maybe a pump dispenser or regular dropper instead of the button top. But it’s a terrific serum for my aging skin.

I have purchased multiple times and would recommend this over any high end brands. Hope they never discontinue the line or reformulate. The only thing I hope they do is change the packaging for the serum and moisturizer. The serum dropper does not work and it is so hard to get the product out. As for the moisturizer I prefer not to stick my hand in my product to contaminate it, airtight packaging with pumps please!

I’m wasting a lot of product that’s not coming out of the bottle from the dropper. There’s more than half of the product that’s still available in the bottle but I can’t get to it and that’s waste of my money.

I enjoyed having it on my face but actually dreaded applying it. it’s such a good product but the dropper is so awful to use. it would take a good 2-3 tries to get it on my face. I wanted to buy another one but I may look for a different product that has an easier application process.

But the dropper is truly as bad as the legends say. It takes too long to get enough serum out. I’m very concerned that Aveeno doesn’t listen to its customers, as almost every review mentions the horrible packaging and it hasn’t changed. I don’t think I’ll buy again, as I don’t really trust companies who refuse to respond to consistent criticism. But I still do recommend the product since the serum is good when I can manage to dispense enough of it.

I was so happy to try another Aveeno product, This has been on my wishlist for a very long time because I have very sensitive skin and I had heard that this range is very calming. The product is great , it is not a liquid serum and I love the texture. It is fragrance free so an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin. A little goes a long way because of the formula and it is safe even if your pregnant and nursing.

This is a great product it's absorbing very quickly into your skin . The texture is not too thick a little bit oily and also you don't need to use much so it will last a while! It's also quite hydrating and I saw a difference after the first use since I live in cold weather and my skin would get pretty dry . The reason why I'm giving it a 3 stars is because it's a bit too oily for my taste but the hydration is good !

The only downside is I am not a fan of their dropper. I would like for the dropper to have enough product for the application. Even with that though I still gave 5 stars due to the formula alone. It absorbs quick and you can see and feel instant results. It soothes the skin and it is so gentle and great for sensitive skin. I am living this serum. It has been great for my skin this harsh winter as it fortifies the moisture barrier.

The calming oat has really helped my sensitive skin and the consistency is wonderful. But I hate using it because the dropper is so terrible! Please update the dispenser. I really really wish this was a pump instead, but I will settle for a dropper that actually works.

Please redesign it, and either insert a regular squeeze dropper or even better, like the La Roche-Posay Toleriane ULTRA eye serum dispenser. It is a pump, and the serum is in a collapsible bag surrounded by a clear thin plastic container. The product is not messy and there isn't any waste. It's a fantastic dispenser.

However, it’s only a single ounce, and the dropper is awful, so it’s hard to get the last third of the bottle out. Can you offer a pump in its place, or direct to someplace that can? Tell your testers to test this device to the bottom of the bottle!
