How to Use
- Adolescents and adults 12 years and older: Apply to affected areas, twice a day.
Warnings & Precautions
- For external use only.
  When using this product, avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days or if new symptoms occur.
  Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medilcal help right away.
  
  Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I suffer from light to moderate eczema, and have found this product to be really effective in alleviating the itchiness and irritation that comes with that. I find this gel cream can leave a slight tacky feeling on my skin, and so, I prefer to apply it onto my skin right before bedtime. I like the pump on the bottle, as it allows me to control how much product I am using. Sometimes, I just need a small amount for my fingers, for instance. I am very pleased with the results I have been getting from the entire Aveeno Eczema Care line, and will be purchasing this product in the near future.
